Peachy Keen

• 1 ½ oz peach SHEZEN

• ½ oz lychee liqueur

• ¼ oz thai chili syrup

• ¼ oz lemon juice

Fill a shaker halfway with ice. Add all ingredients. Shake vigorously until well chilled, then strain into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a grilled peach.
