Our Story

Our family brewery was founded in 1868 and spans seven generations. We are located in Yoshino, in the Nara Prefecture - the first capital of Japan in the 8th century. This is a diverse mountainous area and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site for our countless temples, pilgrimage sites, and remarkable nature

We take our inspiration from Shizen, the Japanese word for nature. We start with a real fruit to create a harmonious drink unlike any other.
