Founded in 1868, our family brewery spans seven generations. We are located in Nara Prefecture, a beautiful mountainous area known as the birthplace of modern sake.

Inspired by Shizen, the Japanese word for nature, SHEZEN is crafted with a fresh, modern approach. Starting with fresh fruit that is washed, peeled, seeded and diced entirely by hand, we add meticulously brewed saké to create a perfectly balanced, naturally vibrant taste that bridges tradition and innovation.
